About the Role

As an Outside Sales Representative for ESR Motor Systems, you'll be the primary point of contact with industrial customers in your territory, developing new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with established accounts. This full-time position is based in Greensboro, Guilford County, and centers on direct customer engagement to expand our market presence throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new customer accounts within your assigned sales territory
• Present and demonstrate industrial electric motors, variable frequency drives, and gearbox solutions to prospective clients
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers across multiple industries
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions tailored to their operations
• Manage your sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and meet revenue targets
• Provide technical product knowledge and support to help customers make confident purchasing decisions
• Represent ESR Motor Systems professionally at customer facilities, industry events, and business development activities

What We're Looking For
