Role Overview

As an Entry Level Neighborhood Fiber Representative at Fastbridge Fiber, you'll be the face of our newly constructed all-fiber network in the Williamsport and Lycoming County area. This is an outdoor, people-facing role where you'll connect directly with neighbors to educate them about our ultra-reliable service and the benefits of fiber-optic internet. You'll be building relationships, answering questions, and helping drive adoption across your assigned neighborhoods. This isn't a desk job—it's an opportunity to work independently while earning competitive income and learning the fiber broadband industry from the ground up.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct neighborhood outreach to introduce Fastbridge Fiber's services to residential and commercial customers
• Educate potential customers about fiber-optic technology, service speeds, and reliability advantages
• Distribute marketing materials and information about service availability in assigned areas
• Gather customer feedback and qualify leads for the sales team
• Represent Fastbridge Fiber professionally and maintain accurate records of outreach activities
• Meet activity and engagement metrics as set by management
