About the Role

As an X-Ray Technologist at Expert MRI in San Diego, you will perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic imaging that supports the accurate diagnosis of orthopedic injuries, spine and neck conditions, and traumatic brain injuries. Working alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering the precise imaging our patients rely on, complementing our advanced MRI and CT capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture clear, diagnostic-quality X-ray images for orthopedic, spine, and trauma-related evaluations.
• Position patients correctly and apply appropriate imaging techniques for each study.
• Follow radiation safety standards and established protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain and operate X-ray equipment, reporting any technical issues promptly.
• Coordinate with physicians and the diagnostic team to ensure timely, accurate results.
• Keep accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current credentials/licensure to practice as an X-Ray Technologist in California.
• Hands-on experience producing diagnostic radiographic images, ideally in an orthopedic or musculoskeletal setting.
• Strong knowledge of patient positioning, imaging technique, and radiation safety practices.
• Attention to detail, dependability, and a patient-focused approach.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule on-site in San Diego.
