About the Role
As an Audi Master Guild Technician at JP Euro, you'll deliver expert-level service on sophisticated European vehicles. Your technical expertise and diagnostic acumen will be central to our shop's operation, directly impacting customer satisfaction and our reputation for quality. This full-time position offers compensation of $50–$65 per hour based on your background and certifications, with relocation assistance available for qualified applicants.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and analysis using factory-level equipment and software
- Execute advanced engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs to original equipment manufacturer standards
- Service electrical systems, including modern hybrid and battery diagnostics and integration
- Maintain brake systems, suspension geometry, and climate control components to specification
- Document technical findings accurately and maintain complete service records
- Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with customers about findings and repair timelines
What We're Looking For
- Current Audi Master Guild Certification or equivalent advanced factory-level technical training
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience repairing and servicing Audi and European premium platforms
- Skilled operation of OEM diagnostic scanning tools and software systems
- Strong mechanical foundation, analytical capabilities, and troubleshooting ability
- Professional attitude and strong customer interaction skills
- Consistent delivery of quality work while meeting performance standards
