About the Role

As a Porter, you're essential to our operation. You maintain the cleanliness and safety standards that make our guests feel confident dining with us, and you support the entire team—from the kitchen crew to the service staff—by managing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Keep dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces thoroughly cleaned and organized
• Remove trash, recyclables, and debris efficiently and regularly
• Restock supplies including napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas as needed
• Maintain and support a safe, hygienic environment for guests and staff
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to the Manager on Duty
