About the Role

In this non-exempt position, you'll be the backbone of our leave administration program, ensuring employees receive timely, accurate guidance on their leave entitlements and requests. As an Employee Success Associate reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll combine attention to detail with genuine concern for the employee experience, translating complex benefit rules into clear, helpful conversations.

What You'll Do

  • Process employee leave requests with accuracy and timeliness, verifying eligibility and calculating entitlements under applicable state and federal law
  • Respond to employee inquiries about paid time off, FMLA, disability leave, and other leave programs with clarity and empathy
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for leave balances, accruals, and usage
  • Coordinate with payroll, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless leave administration and system updates
  • Support compliance tracking and reporting requirements for federal and state leave regulations
  • Proactively communicate policy updates and leave information to employee populations
