What You'll Do
- Greet customers warmly and take ice cream orders with accuracy
- Prepare ice cream cones, cups, and specialty treats according to customer requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment behind the counter and in storage areas
- Operate the cash register and process payments efficiently
- Stock and rotate product inventory to ensure freshness and availability
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with team members to support store operations
