About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential growth marketing agency seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join their team. This fully remote role supports clients in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Portugal, and Spain.
You'll work on retention marketing strategies for a portfolio of DTC and e-commerce clients, partnering with senior retention strategists to develop and deploy high-performing email and SMS campaigns that drive measurable revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute email and SMS strategies for multiple DTC/e-commerce client accounts, coordinating with senior team members to align on goals and priorities
- Manage end-to-end campaign deployment including copywriting, creative briefing, testing, QA, deployment, and performance monitoring
- Contribute to monthly retention marketing calendars and develop creative campaign concepts for client consideration
- Lead portions of client presentations, presenting content ideas and managing the revision and approval process
- Collaborate with design teams to shape creative direction of campaigns and flows, ensuring visual and copy elements work together effectively
- Build, audit, and optimize automation flows, pop-up logic, segmentation strategies, and platform integrations
- Analyze campaign and flow performance data and provide actionable recommendations to improve retention KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in email and SMS marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM, ideally at a DTC-focused agency or e-commerce brand
- Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo including flows, segmentation, A/B testing, deliverability, and reporting
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands and audiences
- Strategic understanding of the customer journey and how to use retention levers to drive LTV and reduce churn
- Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategy and manage feedback independently
- Highly organized and self-managed with experience owning multiple accounts simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client and internal stakeholder interactions
- Agency experience or demonstrated ability to work on multiple client accounts concurrently
- Proven track record of performance results through email and SMS marketing initiatives
