Director, Strategic Accounts – North Central

Fujifilm is seeking a Director, Strategic Accounts – North Central to lead business development across the Pacific Northwest from our Tumwater, Thurston County location. This is a full-time, on-site position managing enterprise healthcare relationships and driving revenue growth for our medical imaging solutions.

About the Role

As Director of Strategic Accounts, you will own the commercial strategy for key healthcare accounts in your region, focusing on group purchasing organizations, integrated hospital networks, healthcare systems, and managed care entities. You'll position our hand-carried ultrasound portfolio as the preferred technology choice among decision-makers and clinicians, while building deep partnerships with influential stakeholders across these organizations.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute account strategies that increase market penetration within GPOs, hospital corporations, and healthcare networks
• Lead direct relationships with c-suite executives, procurement leaders, and clinical teams to understand their imaging and diagnostic challenges
• Create programs and partnerships that improve sales productivity and accelerate adoption of portable ultrasound solutions
• Align cross-functional teams around key accounts, managing deal strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations
• Identify market opportunities and competitive threats, translating insights into business plans and revenue targets
• Represent Fujifilm at industry events and healthcare forums to strengthen brand visibility and relationships
• Build and mentor an account management team focused on enterprise customer success

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of enterprise account management, business development, or sales leadership in medical device, healthcare IT, or related sectors
• Proven success managing complex B2B relationships with hospital systems, GPOs, and large healthcare organizations
• Deep understanding of healthcare procurement, contracting, and hospital decision-making structures
• Track record of building sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share
• Ability to operate strategically at the executive level while remaining operationally focused on implementation
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel within the North Central region
