About the Role
As Director, Portfolio Management & Finance, you will sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, overseeing the financial health and performance of a diverse real estate investment portfolio. Based in Charlotte, you will partner closely with leadership to drive value across multifamily, mixed-use, and grocery-anchored retail assets spanning core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct portfolio management activities across multifamily, mixed-use, and grocery-anchored retail investments throughout high-growth Southeast markets.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support core-plus, value-add, and opportunistic investment strategies.
- Monitor asset performance and deliver data-driven insights that inform capital and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with investment, asset management, and executive teams to optimize returns across the risk spectrum.
- Support underwriting, financial modeling, and portfolio-level oversight for new and existing holdings.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in real estate portfolio management, finance, or investment management.
- Strong command of financial modeling, analysis, and reporting within a commercial real estate context.
- Familiarity with multifamily, mixed-use, or retail asset classes and varied risk strategies is highly valued.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County.
