Crescent Careers is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations for our hospitality organization based in downtown Nashville, Davidson County. About the Role

As Director of Finance, you'll own comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting that directly influences strategic decision-making. What You'll Do

  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans that align with organizational objectives

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and deliver actionable insights to support executive and board-level decisions
  • Ensure full compliance with GAAP standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controls

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP compliance
  • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills; ERP or hospitality experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex financial information to diverse audiences
