About the Role
As the Director of Finance Transformation & Strategic Initiatives at Baylor Genetics, you will report to the CFO and act as the central project management and execution lead for finance-driven programs. You will translate strategy into measurable results, guiding initiatives that span multiple internal teams and external partners while strengthening how the finance organization plans, operates, and delivers value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate finance transformation programs from concept through completion.
- Serve as the execution owner for CFO-sponsored strategic initiatives and enterprise planning efforts.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders across departments and outside organizations to keep projects moving forward.
- Establish clear project plans, milestones, and accountability for finance-led priorities.
- Provide the structure, reporting, and momentum that turn strategic goals into operational outcomes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, strategic planning, or large-scale project management.
- Strong ability to manage complex initiatives involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with comfort partnering at the executive level.
- A results-oriented mindset and the discipline to drive execution across competing priorities.
