We are representing a confidential consulting organization based in Düren that is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation, Change & Communication Manager. Our client works with enterprise-level organizations navigating complex technology and organizational transformations. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between C-suite leadership and technical teams while driving meaningful change through strategic communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change and communication strategies for complex transformation projects
• Understand stakeholder needs, identify change requirements, and design effective intervention measures
• Translate complex IT and transformation topics into clear, audience-appropriate messaging in both German and English
• Facilitate collaboration and change processes across C-level executives, management, functional departments, and IT teams
• Moderate workshops, conduct interviews, and lead various communication formats
• Create change concepts that deliver sustainable results, not just theoretical frameworks
• Provide independent advisory services to clients and take ownership of outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Strong empathy, active listening skills, and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Professional experience in change management, communication, or organizational transformation—ideally in a client-facing consulting capacity
• Strategic thinking combined with methodological competence and a strong execution mindset
• Confident presence when engaging with C-level executives and technical IT teams
• Very strong German and English language skills (C1 level or equivalent)
• Attitude over credentials: we're seeking individuals who take ownership, continuously learn, and focus on delivering impact
• Professional integrity, discretion, proactive approach, and reliability
