About the Role
As the senior subject matter expert for CBRN/WMD detection operations, you will serve as the lead on-site authority for your assigned location and report directly to the Program Manager. Your focus is delivering both operational and programmatic support that keeps the MDDU mission running smoothly, accountable for driving every assigned task through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the lead personnel at your designated location, overseeing day-to-day CBRN/WMD detection operations.
- Provide hands-on operational and program-level support across the MDDU program.
- Ensure all tasks assigned by the Program Manager are carried out accurately and completed on schedule.
- Coordinate closely with the Program Manager to align local execution with broader program objectives.
- Apply deep technical expertise to detection operations supporting Department of Homeland Security priorities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated senior-level expertise in CBRN/WMD detection operations.
- Proven experience supporting DHS programs or comparable homeland security and national defense missions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct personnel and own outcomes at a single location.
- Capability to balance operational duties with program support responsibilities.
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site at Fort Dix in Burlington County, New Jersey.
