As a Delivery Senior Consultant focused on Workday HCM Payroll and Benefits in Higley, Maricopa County, you will partner with clients to unlock measurable value through people performance. You will help reimagine how work gets done, how the workforce is structured, and how the workplace operates across the enterprise, while modernizing HR functions for the demands of a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and configuration of Workday HCM Payroll and Benefits module(s) for enterprise clients.
- Advise organizations on transforming their HR functions using AI and emerging technology.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to rethink work, the workforce, and the workplace across the enterprise.
- Help clients access, develop, and motivate their people to drive sustained performance.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective Workday solutions.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Workday HCM Payroll and/or Benefits module(s).
- A consultative mindset with the ability to manage delivery for client engagements.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Higley, Maricopa County.
