Dealer Account Manager

Hankey Group External, a division of Westlake Financial, is hiring a full-time Dealer Account Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County. Position Summary

As a Dealer Account Manager at Hankey Group External, you'll be the trusted partner for our automotive dealer network. You'll develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned dealer accounts, support their business growth, and ensure their success with our financing solutions. This position is integral to our continued expansion across the auto lending market and our deepening partnerships with dealers nationwide.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and nurture ongoing relationships with dealer accounts to drive retention and mutual growth
• Respond promptly to dealer inquiries, concerns, and requests for program support
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve dealer issues and optimize account performance
• Identify opportunities to expand dealer partnerships and increase business volume within your territory
• Maintain detailed account records and provide regular updates on account status and activity
• Support dealers with program implementation, process guidance, and best practices

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational and time management abilities
• Customer service focus with problem-solving orientation
• Experience in auto finance, automotive retail, or related industry (preferred)
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software
