Land Development Project Manager

DCCM is seeking a results-driven Land Development Project Manager to help turn undeveloped land into vibrant residential, commercial, and municipal communities across Texas. Based in Briar Meadow, Houston, this full-time, on-site role places you at the center of projects that move from first concept to finished construction.

About the Role

As a Land Development Project Manager at DCCM, you will lead the planning, design coordination, and day-to-day management of land development projects in the Houston area. Working alongside our Land Development Team, you will steer master-planned communities, mixed-use sites, and public infrastructure efforts from early feasibility through final delivery, balancing schedule, budget, and quality at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee residential, commercial, and municipal development projects from concept and entitlement through construction completion.
• Coordinate planning and design activities across engineering, surveying, and consulting disciplines.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope to keep work on track and within targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Guide raw land through the development lifecycle into functional, community-ready spaces.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing land development or civil engineering projects.
• Strong working knowledge of the planning, design, and construction process for residential, commercial, and municipal sites.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Briar Meadow, Houston in a full-time capacity.
