ASC Engineered Solutions is hiring a D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst to architect and optimize finance operations across international markets. Based in Oak Brook Mall, DuPage County, this full-time position reports to finance leadership and directly shapes how our organization leverages Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to drive financial excellence in Europe and Asia.
About the Role
You'll serve as the functional subject matter expert for all finance-related capabilities within D365 Finance & Operations, bridging complex finance business processes with the platform's powerful capabilities. Your expertise will directly support our international offices and ensure that our ERP environment reflects best practices in modern financial management. You'll be the go-to advisor for finance teams navigating Dynamics 365, designing solutions that solve real business problems while maintaining financial controls and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Design and configure D365 Finance & Operations modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and cash management
- Analyze finance business processes across Europe and Asia, translating requirements into platform solutions
- Support multi-currency, multi-legal entity, and consolidation scenarios for international operations
- Partner with finance teams and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and optimize existing configurations
- Train finance users and provide ongoing technical guidance across global offices
- Document processes, maintain system configurations, and support financial audits and compliance activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and leverage D365 functionality to improve operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of direct experience as a D365 Finance & Operations Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes, general ledger operations, and financial reporting
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical design and implementation
- Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and comfort working with distributed teams
- Experience with international finance, multi-entity consolidation, or cross-border accounting is highly valued
