About the Role

As a Family Law Paralegal at The Maine Divorce Group, you'll provide essential support to our attorneys while managing the operational backbone of our practice. You'll work directly with legal professionals and clients on matters ranging from divorce and custody to support disputes and other family law proceedings, bringing organization, diligence, and professionalism to every case.

What You'll Do

  • Manage case calendars, scheduling, and deadline tracking to keep matters on track
  • Prepare legal documents, pleadings, discovery materials, and client correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and gather factual information to support case strategy
  • Maintain organized, detailed case files with meticulous record-keeping
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally
  • Assist with trial preparation, document assembly, and evidence organization
  • Support attorneys with discovery review, client intake, and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For
