About the Role

The Behavior Management Monitor role provides essential support to youth and families through community-based therapeutic intervention. Working closely with Behavior Management Therapists and under the guidance of qualified clinicians, you'll help young people and their families achieve the goals outlined in their treatment plans while supporting functional behavioral progress.

What You'll Do

• Deliver therapeutic support focused on behavioral goals in community settings
• Assist youth and families in reaching treatment plan objectives
• Contribute to functional behavioral assessments and monitoring
• Work collaboratively with clinical supervisors and treatment team members
• Document client progress, engagement, and behavioral observations
• Support families in reinforcing therapeutic strategies at home and in the community
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all client interactions and progress
