About the Role

As a Part-Time Maintenance Technician with HRM Services, you will take ownership of the upkeep and day-to-day functionality of affordable housing properties in the Village of Four Seasons. This position suits a dependable, hands-on professional who thrives when working independently in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment. The starting pay for this role is $18 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive upkeep to keep residential units and shared spaces in excellent working order.
• Respond to service requests promptly, diagnosing issues and resolving them with care and accuracy.
• Maintain the overall condition, safety, and appearance of affordable housing properties across the community.
• Work autonomously, prioritizing tasks responsibly while managing a varied daily workload.
• Keep accurate records of completed work and report larger concerns to the appropriate team.

Qualifications
