About the Role
The Cyber Analyst Internship is designed specifically for service members within 180 days of military discharge seeking to accelerate their transition into the civilian cybersecurity workforce. Working alongside experienced security professionals, you'll apply your military background and discipline to real-world cyber defense, threat detection, and security operations in a professional corporate environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze network activity to identify security threats and vulnerabilities
- Assist with incident response activities and threat assessment procedures
- Support security operations team in defending critical systems and data
- Contribute to security compliance initiatives and documentation
- Participate in security training and develop foundational cyber analyst skills
What We're Looking For
- Active or Secret-level DoD security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Current military service member eligible for SkillBridge (within 180 days of separation)
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and information protection
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a security-focused team environment
