About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization in the Netherlands seeking an Interim Customer Success Manager to cover a 7-month maternity leave. This is a Spanish-speaking role focused on driving customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion within an AI-powered customer engagement platform.

This temporary position runs for seven months starting December 1st, 2026, at 24-32 hours per week. You'll work in a hybrid environment based in Utrecht, with flexibility to work remotely within agreed parameters.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer accounts with clear targets for retention, adoption, and expansion
• Drive AI feature adoption at scale, helping customers activate automation tools and AI-powered workflows for measurable business impact
• Identify and close expansion opportunities independently, including additional seats, usage tiers, new use cases, and plan upgrades
• Translate usage data and health signals into actionable business reviews and strategic next steps
• Collaborate with onboarding, solutions, and product teams to ensure customer success and contribute to roadmap development
• Establish account health baselines quickly and maintain momentum throughout the contract period

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a customer-facing SaaS role
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) - this is required for the core market
• Results-driven approach with comfort owning and hitting numerical targets
• Ability to track metrics, understand what drives them, and take ownership of outcomes
• Genuine curiosity about AI technology with ability to hold confident, practical conversations about AI tools with customers
• Data-driven prioritization skills, including reading health scores, usage patterns, and engagement signals
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, temporary role

Pay
