Customer Success Architect, CEUR

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential DevSecOps software organization seeking a Customer Success Architect to join their team in Germany. This role focuses on building strong consultative relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor who helps navigate complex challenges and achieve desired business outcomes.

Our talent team is seeking a professional who can bridge the gap between technical platform capabilities and customer success, working within an ecosystem that includes product management, engineering, sales, and professional services teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to transform desired business outcomes into actionable objectives, building on pre-sales foundations
• Guide customers through platform adoption using deep knowledge of DevSecOps best practices and common use cases
• Own a portfolio of assigned accounts, focusing on increasing adoption, ensuring retention and growth, and maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Act as the primary liaison for customer questions, issues, and escalations, coordinating with support, product management, and other internal teams
• Develop Customer Success Plans with critical goals and key performance indicators, helping customers achieve their objectives
• Program manage account escalations and provide immediate onboarding activities for new customers
• Stay current on platform releases and provide insights on new feature availability and applicability
• Identify and recommend training opportunities in collaboration with professional services
• Understand and guide customers through their journey, advising on future adoption paths

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of Git and typical branching strategies
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and development pipeline processes
• Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps methodologies
• Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing satisfaction, adoption, and retention
• Demonstrated experience partnering with customers to define and achieve business outcomes
• Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Project management experience and skills
• Self-starter who thrives in team environments
• Progressive experience in customer advocacy and engagement, particularly in post-sales or professional services functions
• Fluent German language skills required
• Ability to travel as needed
