We are seeking a customer-focused, hands-on team player to join our dynamic team in Naenae. This full-time role combines responsibilities in customer service, sales support, and warehouse operations. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support sales efforts by assisting with product demonstrations, order processing, and related tasks.
- Manage inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining proper documentation and tracking.
- Become a go-to expert on our watermain, wastewater, and gas (pressure systems) products.
