About This Position
At Homegoods, a division of TJX Companies, we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Customer Service Associates to join our vibrant team. As a key member of the Homegoods family, you will play an integral role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores while providing exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Monitor store operations for compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify potential loss situations through visual inspections and surveillance systems
- Respond to suspicious activities, incidents, or emergencies promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a secure environment within the store
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
