Role Overview

As a Loss Prevention Associate Tactical at TJX, you'll play a crucial role in our store's security and asset protection strategy. Working full-time on the sales floor in our Albuquerque location, you'll combine keen observation skills with a customer-first mindset to identify and address potential risks. What You'll Do

• Monitor store operations and customer activity to identify and prevent loss, theft, and security risks
• Work collaboratively with store management and team members to implement and reinforce loss prevention strategies

• Conduct regular audits of merchandise displays, fitting rooms, and high-risk areas
• Support inventory accuracy and track patterns that may indicate systematic shrinkage
• Train and mentor store associates on best practices for loss prevention and asset protection
