Key Responsibilities

• Identify patterns in customer feedback and communicate insights to the broader team
• Collaborate with other departments to address root causes of customer concerns
• Follow company policies and service standards while adapting to individual customer needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused when handling difficult conversations
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software platforms
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
