About This Position

As a Cleaning Associate at our Wilmington location, you'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout our store. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you'll contribute directly to the customer experience by ensuring our store is well-maintained, organized, and inviting every single day.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all store areas, including retail floors, aisles, fitting rooms, and customer-facing spaces
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors according to established cleaning schedules and standards
• Sanitize and clean restrooms, break rooms, and other facility areas regularly throughout the day
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory of materials
• Respond to spills and other cleaning needs promptly to ensure customer and staff safety
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Communicate with team members about cleaning priorities and any maintenance concerns
