About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Brightonjones. As part of the Client Service team, you will work closely with lead advisors to ensure clients and prospective clients receive the highest quality service and client experience. This role is critical in maintaining our commitment to continuous growth, collaboration, and community.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
  • Support lead advisors with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client communications, and organizing documents
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a collaborative environment that values service excellence

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
