Position Summary

Join Hynds Group as a X-Cast Production Technician and contribute to our modern, automated concrete manufacturing environment. This role involves hands-on work such as setting up and assembling moulds, reinforcement, casting, finishing, and quality checks. You will be responsible for reading specifications, adhering to the production schedule, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up and assemble moulds and reinforcements according to specifications
• Casting concrete products in a precise and efficient manner
• Perform finishing tasks on casted products for quality assurance
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Read and follow production schedules and specifications accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience in concrete manufacturing or related field preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina for hands-on, labor-intensive work
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and equipment operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
