Position Summary
The Media Production Specialist supports the creation and delivery of high-quality video-based courses, podcasts, and digital learning content for Colibri Group. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to grow within a collaborative production team under the guidance of the Director of Media Production. Responsibilities span from pre-production planning through post-production delivery, providing hands-on experience with modern production workflows and AI-enabled tools.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Contribute across the full production lifecycle — from pre-production planning to post-production delivery
- Support subject matter experts (SMEs) in course development
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content creation and review
- Help uphold brand and accessibility standards across all content
- Possibly travel 3–6 times per year to media production locations or the St. Louis studio
