About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Bindery Specialist to join our team at AlphaGraphics - US403. As a Bindery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all bound documents. You will work closely with other departments to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate binding machines to bind books, brochures, and other printed materials
• Inspect finished products for defects or errors
• Prepare documents for binding by folding, trimming, and collating pages
• Follow all safety guidelines when operating machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of projects

What You Bring

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in bindery or related field
• Familiarity with various binding methods and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic knowledge of printing processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques
