Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Part Time As Needed (PRN) Patient Registration Customer Service Representative to join our team at LifePoint Ottumwa Regional Medical Center. This role will require working on an as-needed basis, with open availability for day, evening, and overnight shifts. Holiday and weekend work is mandatory. Shifts typically range between 8-12 hours and include a rotating on-call schedule.
What You'll Do
- Process patient registrations and ensure accurate and efficient check-in procedures.
