About This Position
This full-time remote Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison (Remote) opportunity centers on phone support that helps parents navigate care options promptly and kindly. You establish trust with households, clinicians, and payers while clarifying evaluation bookings, care pathways, and coverage steps so families move forward without unnecessary delay. Full training covers company processes and product knowledge. Compensation ranges from $18.50 to $19.00 per hour according to relevant experience. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage; a 401k retirement plan; flexible spending accounts; 18 days of paid time off annually plus seven company holidays; life insurance; and short- and long-term disability coverage. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Qualified candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered under the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
Responsibilities
- Furnish warm, high-quality telephone assistance to families contacting Cranial Technologies
- Record registration data accurately and book first appointments while monitoring clinic calendars for conflicts or patterns
- Share and align details among referring doctors, insurance carriers, and treatment sites
- Explain cost-share figures, copays, and family financial duties clearly
- Address shifting call volumes across multiple queues, typically managing 40 to 70 calls each day

- One to two years in customer service or a similar setting
- One to two years using computer software programs
- Clear communication talents, polished phone presence, and solid interpersonal skill
- Capacity to engage productively with people of many backgrounds

- Professional tone in both writing and conversation with parents, providers, and teammates
- Problem-solving strength and the ability to rank daily activities for personal workload control
