Responsibilities Furnish warm, high-quality telephone assistance to families contacting Cranial Technologies Record registration data accurately and book first appointments while monitoring clinic calendars for conflicts or patterns Share and align details among referring doctors, insurance carriers, and treatment sites Explain cost-share figures, copays, and family financial duties clearly Address shifting call volumes across multiple queues, typically managing 40 to 70 calls each day What We're Looking For One to two years in customer service or a similar setting One to two years using computer software programs Clear communication talents, polished phone presence, and solid interpersonal skill Capacity to engage productively with people of many backgrounds Forward-looking outlook that absorbs new material quickly Professional tone in both writing and conversation with parents, providers, and teammates Problem-solving strength and the ability to rank daily activities for personal workload control About the Company Cranial Technologies concentrates exclusively on research and care for plagiocephaly, widely known as flat head syndrome.
