About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative on the Patient Registration team, you will welcome patients, gather and verify their information, and help set the tone for a smooth, reassuring care experience. This is a PRN (as-needed) position based on-site in Wichita, with shifts typically ranging from 8 to 12 hours depending on facility demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through the registration and check-in process with professionalism and empathy.
• Collect, confirm, and accurately enter patient demographic and related details into hospital systems.
• Respond to patient questions and resolve concerns, ensuring a positive and respectful interaction.
