The Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Join Allegiantair as a Customer Care Member Service Representative. In this role, you will handle calls and emails from Allegiant Credit Card holders, assisting with booking BOGO reservations, account linking, and answering questions about points and member statements. Your dedication to understanding our customers' needs and commitment to proactive service and recovery are key.

Your Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls and emails from Allegiant Credit Card holders
• Book BOGO reservations for members
• Assist with account linking and management
• Answer general questions regarding points and member statements
• Act as a subject matter expert for the credit card product
• Work in a highly collaborative manner to set the standard and define Allegiant's service culture
• Operate during all hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Think independently and make sound decisions to maximize customer service experience and program profitability
• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks while performing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Requirements

We are seeking candidates with a combination of education and experience. Minimum requirements include:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum three years of customer service experience
• A valid/unexpired passport is required
• A valid/unexpired driver's license is not required but preferred for travel purposes
• Advanced computer literacy skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
