Position Summary
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Providing product or service information as needed
- Assisting with upselling opportunities when appropriate
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Certified in relevant customer service or sales courses is preferred but not mandatory
About the Company
Xistence Consultant is based in India (nationwide) (nationwide) and specializes in blended process expertise. The role offers a competitive compensation package including a CTC of 4,45,000 INR with an in-hand salary of 29k INR. Additional complexity bonus and a 30% hike on the last CTC are also available.
