Customer Care Specialist

Serenity Mental Health Centers is hiring a Customer Care Specialist in Southlake, Tarrant County to join our team in delivering compassionate support to individuals seeking mental health services. What This Role Involves

As a Customer Care Specialist at Serenity Mental Health Centers, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out for services. Your role is to provide friendly, professional support while managing client inquiries, scheduling needs, and concerns. You'll help ensure every interaction reinforces our mission of supporting people as they move forward in their mental health journey.

Core Duties

• Answer client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Schedule and confirm appointments for mental health services
• Respond to questions about available programs and service offerings
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records
• Address and resolve client concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service continuity
• Support the clinical team by relaying important client information
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or social services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Empathy and genuine interest in supporting others
• Reliability and professional demeanor
• Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
