What This Role Involves

The Customer Service & Scheduling Officer role at Termico Group of Companies involves providing exceptional customer service and managing scheduling for the insulation division. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Scheduling appointments with customers and internal teams.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information.
• Assisting with order processing and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintaining a professional and efficient workflow in the scheduling department.
• Updating and managing customer databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar customer service or scheduling position.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous.
