About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Reddy Express in Maroubra South. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process sales transactions, including payments and returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Handle inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive attitude and resolving issues to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and arranging displays as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers of all backgrounds and needs.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and documentation.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
