Position Summary

Transdev in Oakland, CA is seeking a Bilingual (Cantonese/Mandarin) Customer Service Representative to serve as a key liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. This role requires an individual who is customer service-oriented and dedicated to safety.

• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively.
