Regional Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

As the Regional Quality Assurance Manager at Transdev, you will lead quality, compliance, and standards across our fleet services operation. Working within Fleet Services, you will safeguard adherence to ISO quality standards while coordinating closely with human resources, maintenance, and inventory management functions to keep performance consistent and audit-ready throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct quality, compliance, and standards programs spanning the full scope of fleet services.
• Ensure ISO quality standards are met, maintained, and continuously improved across the region.
• Partner with HR, maintenance, and inventory management teams to embed quality practices into daily operations.
• Monitor regional performance, surface gaps, and drive corrective and preventive action.
• Support audits and reporting that demonstrate ongoing regulatory and standards conformance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, compliance, or standards management, ideally within fleet or transportation services.
• Working knowledge of ISO quality standards and their practical application.
• Proven ability to collaborate across HR, maintenance, and inventory management disciplines.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills suited to a multi-stakeholder regional role.
• Availability to work on-site in the Saint Petersburg, Pinellas County area.
