Customer Retention Team Lead (Pioneer Account/Company)

Prime System Solutions is looking for a Customer Retention Team Lead to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. In this full-time, on-site role, you'll lead efforts to strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and drive long-term value for our pioneer accounts and key clients.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership position designed for someone passionate about customer success and retention strategy. You'll manage a team focused on proactive engagement, account health monitoring, and retention initiatives that maximize customer lifetime value. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team dedicated to customer retention and account management for pioneer accounts and key clients
• Develop and execute retention strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives
• Monitor account health metrics and identify at-risk clients for proactive intervention
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and champion their needs internally
• Coordinate with product, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Track retention KPIs, analyze churn patterns, and report on team performance
• Design and oversee customer success initiatives, renewal campaigns, and loyalty programs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer retention, account management, or customer success roles
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence across departments
• Strategic mindset with experience developing and executing retention plans
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field
