Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and monitor at-risk accounts by analyzing customer engagement metrics, usage patterns, and communication history
  • Conduct outreach to customers showing signs of declining engagement or satisfaction to understand their concerns
  • Develop and propose targeted retention strategies tailored to customer needs and business objectives
  • Manage and nurture relationships with assigned pioneer and company-level accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Coordinate with sales, support, and product teams to align on account strategies and resolve customer issues
  • Document all customer interactions, feedback, and retention activities in the CRM system
  • Track retention metrics and report on program effectiveness to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications
