Customer Growth Representative

Reyes Holdings is hiring a Customer Growth Representative for our beverage distribution operations in Orcutt, Santa Barbara County. About the Role

As a Customer Growth Representative at Reyes Holdings, you'll serve customers across Santa Maria and the surrounding communities in a dynamic beverage distribution environment. This role combines account development with territory management, giving you the opportunity to expand our customer base and strengthen existing relationships in your local market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and market share in your assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
• Service customer accounts and ensure consistent product availability and merchandising
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend product solutions
• Represent Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling professionally and maintain high standards of customer service
• Manage your territory efficiently, including route planning and account coordination

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in sales or customer account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work early mornings with a 5am start time and weekend availability
• Reliable transportation and valid proof of insurance
• Enthusiasm for the beverage industry and our brands

Compensation & Benefits

We offer competitive compensation of $30 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Full-time employees receive comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid vacation.
