About the Role
You'll manage key wine and spirits accounts across the Waipahu territory, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic clients. Your work combines sales execution, relationship building, and market knowledge to maximize account profitability and ensure customer satisfaction in Hawaii's dynamic beverage market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deepen relationships with key wine and spirits accounts through regular engagement and consultative support
- Execute sales strategies to grow account volume, order frequency, and portfolio mix
- Provide product expertise and market insights to help clients make informed purchasing decisions
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and merchandising teams to deliver excellent service and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor account performance against targets and adjust strategy as needed
- Identify expansion opportunities with existing accounts and develop new business prospects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in wine and spirits sales or account management
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated sales professional with a results-oriented approach
- Industry knowledge or demonstrated ability to quickly master the fine wine and spirits market
- Valid driver's license for regular account visits across the territory
