Beverage Merchandiser

About the Role

As a Beverage Merchandiser based out of our Island Distributing Oahu distribution center in Waipahu, Honolulu, you'll keep store shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked, organized, and sales-ready. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and building strong relationships with retail partners across the island.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish beverage products on shelves, coolers, and display areas at assigned retail accounts
• Rotate inventory and maintain accurate, attractive, and brand-compliant product placement
• Build and refresh promotional displays to drive product visibility and sales
• Partner with store personnel and delivery teams to ensure timely, well-merchandised orders
• Travel between accounts throughout the Oahu service area in a safe, reliable manner

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, push, and move cases of beverages and work on your feet throughout the shift
• A valid driver's license and dependable personal vehicle for traveling between retail locations
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to work a full-time schedule, including potential overtime hours

Compensation

• Starting pay of $23.00 per hour, with overtime potential
• $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid in accordance with company policy
• Mileage reimbursement plus a monthly car reimbursement
