Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Adept at using technology for customer service tasks
• Previous experience in a customer service or financial services role is advantageous but not mandatory
• Flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of the contact centre environment
